Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to countries across Europe, the United States, and Canada.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days. Please note that delivery to certain locations may take slightly longer.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, as products are sometimes shipped from different warehouses.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@decorinspo.shop
We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed or shipped.
Most of the time orders can't be cancelled 12 hours after purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns?
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
